I'd suggest Park's Suzuki Bathgate to a friend because Joe couldn't have been more helpful. He was friendly, informed, but not pushy.

Park's Suzuki Bathgate staff were good because Joe was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable about the car and explained it patiently and well to me. He showed me some other cars although I had seen the car I wanted on their website. I accepted a test drive which was leisurely relaxed. Joe efficiently took me through all the admin side of the purchase, checking off the requirements including DVLA payment online. All in all a very pleasant experience and I am well pleased with my car.

I feel that I was duped by the Manager. Having spoken to a salesman at the showroom, it became apparent that I was not given an itemised breakdown of th costs. The salesman also admitted that he would not have charged for the items himself. I estimate I paid around £500 more than I would have had I seen a fully itemised list.
On a recent visit the Manager said he had made very little from the deal, but this was said with a wry smile.
I will of course have little option but to use Suzuki during the warranty period. When this ends, I will not be inclined to purchase another car from them.

Park's Suzuki Bathgate were really helpful and I'd recommend them because it was easy to organise a test drive . I liked the attitude of Jo the sales agent . He was friendly , not pushy and listened to what I was looking for but explained other alternatives .
